Meetings will be held quarterly on the second Tuesday in the months of March, June, September and December. Meeting dates and locations will be announced in our electronic newsletter, Facebook page, and website.
As a new member there are some things you should know before your first meeting:

You don’t have to be a member to attend one of our meetings. New members are always welcome, so if you have a friend who might like to join bring them along as a guest. They can sit in a meeting and if they want they can register at the meeting to receive a ballot to vote that same evening!

100% of the funds donated go to the selected charity. With thanks to our Sponsors, we do not take an administration fee.

Nominating a charity is for members ONLY. We send you the link to our Nomination Form in our electronic newsletter 6 weeks before a meeting. If you are not receiving our newsletter please contact us.

We take your privacy very seriously. All selected charities agree not to share or store your contact information in accordance with the Alberta Personal Information Protection Act. If you are contacted after a meeting by a charity other than to receive your tax receipt and/or acknowledgement, please let us know immediately.

E-transfer: Our preferred method of payment is e-transfer, prior to the meeting date. E-transfers can be sent to "100strongcarstairs@gmail.com"(use the password included in the Welcome email.) Please include the individual or business name in the message.

Bring: Cash or cheque (made payable to 100 Strong Cartstairs & Area) to the quarterly meeting.

Send: Cash or cheque (made payable to 100 Strong Carstairs & Area) to the quarterly meeting with a friend along with a completed Proxy Ballot.

Deliver: Drop off cheque (made payable to 100 Strong Carstairs & Area), in a sealed envelope, prior to the meeting date, to Quest Realty at Unit B 104 – 10 Ave., Carstairs (you can place in door slot if no one is there) Please make sure to write 100 Strong Carstairs & Area on the front of the envelope. Complete a Proxy Ballot if you will NOT be attending the meeting.
