• How evening and voting will happen

• Announce the 3 charitable organization finalists

• 3 charitable organization presentations & questions – 5minute maximum, no power point or additional materials

• Ask any guests if they would like to sign up to be able to vote

• Voting and tabulation

• Presentation from previous charity selected on how the money was used

• Announce the selected charity (majority votes)

• Concerns, questions, suggestions

• Announce the date and venue of the next meeting
